Living Among the Vines! Our dream to live among the vines is now reality. While most dreams are never realized
and those that are usually pale in comparison; we are fortunate that this is not the case,
here in Argentina.

Living among the vines with the snowcapped Andes acting as our
protectorate, the sky of azul with its window on the heavens and beyond, el sol

We hope you will enjoy our house and Vineyard and Dolce as much as we do.
Like the power of the pyramids, the symmetry of the vines creates a calming, inner
happiness that gives one a sense of well-being and longevity. Symmetry as a metaphysical force does sound far-fetched; we hope by the end of your stay you will understand of what we speak of.

As the sun rises over the vineyard, the mighty Andes slowly reveal themselves in what
promises to be another incredible day. It is hard to believe, but the view is more
spectacular every day. Mornings are spent enjoying the cool refreshing breeze al fresco
with a strong taza of Argentine coffee, cold Cavaillon melon, which was picked yesterday
from the garden; a reminder of the many delights the desert offers us.

The morning is the time for people to enjoy the vines, whereas, the heat of the late morning and tardes is for the vines themselves. As residents of the vineyard, the afternoon will be spent reading in the shade and dipping in the pool to cool off and escape from the heat.

While we use this time of day for relaxation, the uva uses the peak in temperature for ripening. Living among the vines is all about sharing your paradise with your vines and in return the vines show their gratitude each year by delivering some of the best wines in the world.

As evening approaches anticipation mounts for the sunset and the traditional sundowner.
Will it be Cabernet Sauvignon? Malbec? Merlot? Will it be Classical, R&B or perhaps the
musica of Adele? Perhaps a light salad with some Argentine beef left over from the
afternoon Asado or why not another Carne a punto with a bottle of EPITOME Malbec 2015?

The sun, having accomplished her tasks for the day, slowly retreats behind the montanas
for her nightly bath in the Pacific Ocean just off the coast of Chile. However, before she
leaves the vineyard, she bids farewell with a painting of brilliant colours across the evening
sky. One evening she paints the ancient inactive volcano – Tupungato pink, another evening
she puts Tupungato on fire, and sometimes she even paints it amarillo.

El sol never leaves without a promise to return mañana.

As we bid adios, the first two stars which are rally Planets appear. They serve as the hosts
for the evening show and what a show it will be. As one becomes at peace with their surroundings, an ever more euphoric state soon takes over. We should retire for the evening. Why? Good point.

Living among the vines is truly an experience that one should not miss even if only for a
vacation. Living among the vines is truly – DOLCE VITA!!
